Over the years, Prudent Consulting Group has developed several hundred fire safety plans (FSP) that comply with the authorities’ requirements. Thus, under the current regulatory framework, the FSP must contain the following elements :
- Profile of the fire safety equipment and self-protection systems present in the building
- Identification of the persons who will perform specific functions in a fire and evacuation situation and designation of the duties and responsibilities of each of them
- An alert procedure and the means available to alert occupants and the fire department
- Fire safety plan implementation elements (training and evacuation drill)
- The operational and command devices that will be deployed during a fire and evacuation
- Identification of fire hazard prevention and mitigation measures
